We needed to get out on Thursday so we did. We headed out to Flinn Springs Park. This is just my favorite park it is secluded you feel like you are no longer in the city. the trees are tall and shade me well. There is a creek for the kids to play in and all rocks and trees to climb. ( there is a play structure but we don't play on it when you have all of those other fun things) I no longer have child care children so I brought a book and snacks. The boys played for hours and I was able to read for hours. It was so nice.

I was about to ask who the other kids was but I know now. Did your pal go with you? probably not since she does day care. I bet that was a breath of fresh air to sit, relax and read a book. You and I have swapped places-Oh I long for relaxing days like that again. Someday.
