Setting up camp with help from the boys.
O.k. It was really Cold really cold. our second night while Buck was riding at 3:00 A.M. it was 27 degrees. As you can see Renee felt the cold.
I am doing my all time favorite camping past time reading. I finished Before Green Gables. I also Finished reading Sisters Grimm # seven to the boys and started a new book In Praise of The Stay -at- home Mom. As you can see it was a little chilly.

The mountain bike team. This is a group of guys from Bucks Work at Weapons School. They entered a 24 hour mountain bike race with little time for training (as they were all out of town doing something for the navy) they did great they came in 3rd in their division with 22 laps of about ten miles each lap. As I said it was 24 hours so they did laps in the light and the dark. On Buck 3:00 l A.M. lap frost was on the ground. The trip was a lot of fun we camped and cheered and had great fun. NOW I have to go unpack.

wow that sounds intense-How awesome that you were all able to take part in that. You guys make me want to get a cup of hot cocoa and sit by the fire-brr. By the way how the heck do they see at night, just those little headlamps??? yikes that could get scary, even with frost
