Well we went to Fun With Son this weekend. what fun. I found out that after 16 years of marriage and camping I have been completely spoiled. I had to put the tent up myself with the boys. Buck was not able to get there until after dark so It was up to me well I sucked big time after a while we got it good enough until buck couldn't get there and then I couldn't get the mattresses to inflate and well just about everything went wrong. Buck showed up during the night campfire. so we were saved.
So the next morning we started with flag ceremony and then it was off to arts and crafts.

Cody really wanted to make the bead lizard he had lots of fun it was a little hard but mom worked really hard at trying to figure it out.

I guess with all your dilemas it is a good thing you are going to boy scout camp so maybe you can pick up some tips for your tent and other survival skills. Though Tents aren't the easiest things to put up.
